Open Hands Counseling & Community Services is a faith-grounded, community-centered organization dedicated to restoring hope, dignity, and emotional well-being for individuals and families in need.
We provide trauma-informed counseling, crisis support, and practical assistance to women, youth, and adults facing life challenges. Our work is rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and service — meeting people where they are and walking alongside them as they heal, rebuild, and grow.
Through counseling, outreach programs, and community partnerships, we strive to strengthen families, break cycles of crisis, and create safe spaces where every person feels seen, valued, and supported. Open Hands exists to bring healing, connection, and empowerment to our community — one heart, one home, and one life at a time.
